Trial classes are a chance for you to make a good first impression. It's also a time when any misstep can cost you a sale. It's important that the whole process goes as smoothly as possible.

The important areas to think about are:

  • Keeping the scheduling process as smooth and hassle-free as possible
  • Offering the best possible student experience in class (and making sure this is tailored to a trial class, rather than treating it like any regular class)
  • Following up. It's important to send multiple follow-up emails after your trial class to convert as many leads as possible.
